Requirements
- Must show financial resources equal to French annual minimum wage
- Create an innovate startup project
- Must be selected by a designated Incubator in France
- Must be approved by relevant Government Agency

- Main applicant: shall be aged 18
- No criminal record
Investment
- Incubation investment of EUR 195,000 for a 4-year incubation period; or
- Incubation investment of EUR 165,000 for a 2-year incubation period;
- The incubation investment must include EUR 30,000 dedicated to Research & Development of the startup idea to be implemented in France
- Comply with commitments set in the approved Startup Business Plan
Process
- Eligibility assessment and selection by the incubator
- Secure the commitment letter from the designated incubator
- Secure the letter of acceptance from Government Agency
- Submit application to the competent French Consular services.
- Processing time: 30-70 days
- Upon application’s approval, applicant & dependents are granted with a 3-month long stay visa
- Applicant & dependents shall enter France within such period
- Competent Prefecture issues the Passport Talent Passport Talent is granted for a duration of 4 years renewable
